Rehabilitation for Runners

Do you enjoy running but experience pain when you do it? Or are you struggling to meet your running goals? Like all sports, running is a skill that can be taught and improved upon to enhance performance and reduce risk of injury.

  • We will assess your mobility, strength and functional movements 

  • We will analyze your running mechanics and posture using visual analysis
