FreeForm Physio & Pilates is located downtown Squamish on Third Ave, south of the corner of Vancouver Street and Third Avenue, towards the Squamish Terminals. Private parking is available in the gated area on the south side of the building. The three parking stalls furthest from the gate are dedicated to all FreeForm clients.

The Space

FreeForm Physio & Pilates offers a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere while you wait for your appointment. Your physiotherapy assessment and treatment will take place within a bright private treatment room. When there are exercises to be performed together we will move to a spacious gym area or a separate room dedicated to Pilates rehabilitation using a Reformer.
